Attorney Whitney McGrew is a 2013 graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Ms. McGrew received a certificate of completion for her concentration in the institution’s Family Law Program. Ms. McGrew received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2010 with a minor in Criminal Justice.

After becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 2013, Ms. McGrew worked as an Assistant Public Defender for two and a half years. She has represented hundreds of criminal defendants on both the felony and misdemeanor level. Since moving into private practice, Ms. McGrew has represented dozens of family law clients in divorce, child custody proceeding, domestic violence injunctions, and paternity actions.

Throughout her career, Ms. McGrew has attended multiple criminal law and family law CLEs. Ms. McGrew is a member of the Third Circuit Bar Association, The Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Florida Bar.
